The chocolate museum Museu de la Xocolata demonstrates the historical backdrop of chocolate in Europe: its beginnings, how it got to us and how it was traded as a component among fantasy and reality, among prescription and nourishment or as a Spanish fly. It additionally demonstrates the assembling of chocolate, from the cocoa bean up to modern creation forms.
